"My FTP went up 22 watts in 10 weeks. I hadn't made gains like that in two years. The structure made the difference."

Marcus T. — Cyclist, gran fondo

"I ran my first sub-4 marathon. I'd been stuck at 4:12 for three years. PowerX fixed the weak link I didn't even know I had."

Jess M. — Runner, marathon

"I finished my first 70.3 strong. I used to fall apart on the run. 12 weeks of actual structure changed that completely."

David R. — Triathlete, 70.3

Why most endurance athletes never reach their potential

It's not that you're not working hard enough. It's that you're working without a system that actually responds to how you're training.

Inconsistent training blocks

You build momentum then lose it. A missed week becomes two. The fitness never compounds.

📋

Generic plans that don't account for your load

One-size programs ignore your endurance volume, your recovery state, and your actual goals.

🔄

No feedback loop

You're training blind. No one is watching, adjusting, or telling you why last week felt wrong.

📉

Plateaus that don't resolve with more work

Adding volume doesn't fix the problem. Better programming does. More is not always the answer.

🔥

Burnout disguised as overtraining

You push through when you should adapt. The body falls apart and you blame the training load.

PowerX is built to break this pattern.

A 12-week coaching program that replaces guesswork with structure — custom programming, a coaching feedback loop, and technology-assisted delivery that adapts as you train. Not a generic plan. Not an app. A coached system.

Find your best training path.

Answer 5 quick questions. We'll tell you exactly where to start — and what PowerX can build for you.

1 / 5

12 weeks. 3 phases. One clear progression.

PowerX is structured so you always know where you are, what you're building toward, and why.

Phase 01
Weeks 1–4

Foundation

Establish baseline strength, movement quality, and endurance integration. Learn the system. Build the base that the next 8 weeks will compound on.

Phase 02
Weeks 5–8

Power Development

Increase load, specificity, and performance output. Training becomes race-relevant — climbing power, speed durability, functional strength under fatigue.

Phase 03
Weeks 9–12

Race Prep & Peak

Taper, peak, and arrive race-ready. Maintain strength gains while managing load. The final weeks are designed around your event date.

The coaching adapts. The system responds.

What makes PowerX different isn't just the programming — it's that the coaching loop responds to how you're actually training, not just what was planned. The technology makes that possible.

"Your coaching adapts based on how you're actually training — so you never get a plan that ignores what your body is doing."

🎯

Readiness-based session delivery

Your coaching accounts for how recovered you are. High readiness means higher output. Low readiness means the right adaptation — not a skipped session.

🔄

Fatigue-aware training logic

The system tracks accumulated load and adjusts intensity and volume accordingly. You build fitness without digging a hole you can't climb out of.

📅

Race calendar integration

Every session is sequenced relative to your event date. Phase structure, taper timing, and peak weeks are built around when you need to perform.

💬

Coach visibility and check-ins

Your coach sees what's happening in the system — so feedback is specific, timely, and based on actual training data, not just check-in form answers.

PowerX is built for athletes like you.

🚴

Cyclists

Training for big climbs, gravel events, century rides, or criteriums. You need stronger legs, better power-to-weight, and a structure that works around your ride volume.

🏃

Runners

Chasing a faster race or a more injury-resistant body. You want to run more, get faster, and stop breaking down in the back half of long efforts.

🏊

Hybrid Athletes

Triathletes, OCR competitors, and sport-to-sport athletes who need strength that transfers across multiple modalities without killing your endurance base.

⏱️

Busy Professionals

8–12 hours per week to train. You can't afford wasted sessions. You need a system that maximizes every hour and doesn't fall apart when life interrupts.

These are PowerX athletes.

Different backgrounds. Different goals. One system.

Everything you need to perform in 12 weeks.

PowerX Coaching is not a product download. It's a coaching engagement — with a real feedback loop, custom programming, and delivery that adapts as you train.

Custom 12-week programming

Built around your training history, event schedule, and current fitness — not a template with your name on it.

Endurance-integrated strength work

Designed to complement your ride or run volume — not compete with it. Sessions are scheduled around your endurance demands.

Coaching feedback and accountability

Regular check-ins, session review, and direct feedback from your coach. You're never training blind.

Technology-assisted adaptive delivery

The PowerX system monitors readiness, fatigue, and training load — and adjusts your coaching accordingly.

Athlete intake and baseline assessment

Every coaching engagement starts with a full athlete intake — goals, training history, event calendar, constraints.

Common questions, straight answers.

Do I need to be an advanced athlete?
No. PowerX is built around where you are right now, not where you wish you were. The intake process establishes your baseline and the program builds from there. Intermediate athletes see some of the biggest gains.
What if I already have a training plan?
PowerX integrates with your endurance work — it doesn't replace it. The strength programming is built around your ride/run schedule, not against it. Most athletes are surprised by how clean the integration feels.
I have limited time. Is this realistic?
The program is designed for athletes with 8–12 hours per week. Sessions are efficient — 45–60 minutes, purpose-built for performance transfer. No filler, no junk volume, no sessions that exist just to check a box.
Is this just another training app?
No. PowerX is coaching-led. The technology makes the coaching more consistent and adaptive — it does not replace it. You have a real coach. The app is the delivery infrastructure, not the product.
What makes PowerX different from a generic strength program?
It adapts. It accounts for how you're actually training, not just a static plan. If you have a hard race week, the system adjusts. If your fatigue is high, the session changes. Generic programs can't do this.
How does the coaching relationship actually work?
After your application is approved, you complete an athlete intake. Your coach reviews your history, event schedule, and goals, then builds your program. You receive regular check-ins, session notes, and feedback throughout the 12 weeks.
What's the difference between $199 and $299 per month?
Both tiers include full custom programming and technology-assisted delivery. The $299 tier includes more frequent check-ins, faster turnaround on feedback, and higher-touch coaching availability throughout the week.
Can I continue after 12 weeks?
Yes. Most athletes continue into a second 12-week block. Many also step into the PowerX Membership for ongoing programming support between coaching engagements.

12 weeks from now, you're a different athlete.

The only thing that changes between where you are and where you want to be is structure, coaching, and execution. That's what PowerX delivers.
