3–4 minutes. We review every application personally and follow up within 48 hours with next steps or questions.

Complete your athlete intake

Once approved, you complete a detailed intake form — training history, event schedule, injury history, weekly constraints. This is how the coach builds your program, not a template.

Schedule your kick-off call

A short call to align on goals, walk through the program structure, and answer any questions before week one begins.

Subscription and program start

Coaching subscription begins after approval. Week one of your custom 12-week program starts on the agreed date.
